No. You can choose a monthly package for recurring support and priority scheduling, or use my à-la-carte service as needed based on availability.

My rate is $65 per hour with a 2-hour minimum on all à-la-carte bookings. Package clients receive a preferred hourly rate and priority scheduling.

Your monthly fee reserves time on my calendar just for you, ensuring I'm available when you need me. Unused hours do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Yes! You can upgrade at any time based on availability. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Absolutely. Last-minute and emergency requests are welcome when my schedule allows, but they are never guaranteed. The sooner you reach out, the better I can help. Please note that an emergency rate may apply.

Yes, with your permission. Your trust and security are my top priority. I am insured, bonded, background checked, and MVR checked.

I recommend booking at least one week in advance when possible so I can best accommodate your needs and schedule.

No surprise charges. The price you're quoted is the price you will pay, even if the original service takes longer than anticipated. If you request additional tasks beyond what was originally agreed upon, I'll always discuss any additional costs with you before moving forward. You will never be charged without your approval.
